I employ insightful questioning and active listening to help clients gain, clarity and self-awareness, then remove any self-limiting beliefs or bad habits. Creating a clear vision of what you can and want to achieve together with a plan that motivates you and maintains the right mindset.

My coaching centres around the belief that everyone can achieve their goals through understanding and using their own resources, rather than being told what to do.
